HOW LONG DO EXTENSIONS LAST?Your natural eyelashes grow and shed every 30-90 days, making it necessary to come in for fills every 2-3 weeks. Your fill will consist of replacing lost extensions and filling in new growth. At the time of your fill, you should have lost half or less than half of the lashes on each eye. How long your extensions will last depends on your home care and natural shedding process. Excessive eye makeup, excessive sweating, steam rooms, saunas, frequent massages (because of the face cradle), and sleeping on your face will all cause premature loss. With good aftercare and regular maintenance, the lashes will last a long time and hold up well to daily life. Most clients fall in the 2-3 week range for fills.

WILL EYELASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY NATURAL LASHES?When eyelash extensions are applied properly, they do not damage your natural lashes.
-
WHICH EXTENSIONS ARE BEST FOR ME?Every woman that comes in to Luna Lash gets a totally unique set. Some women like them natural, some like them longer, thicker or shorter. I carry a large array of extensions ranging in thickness, curl and length. Everyone has a different look they are trying to achieve and I make sure to customize every set to best fit your face, eyes, and lifestyle.
-
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LASH EXTENSIONS?Eyelash extensions are for a low maintenance lifestyle. They require no attention besides your fills. The best thing you can do for your lashes is leave them alone! They do not do well with oil, so makeup containing oil must be avoided. In the first 24 hours it is important to keep them dry and stay out of excessive heat. Other than that, you will not feel like you need mascara and will wake up feeling beautiful with no makeup at all!
-
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?During your initial appointment you will have a consultation about your desired look and expectations and my style of lashing. If we are a good fit, you will lie down with your eyes closed for approximately one hour and thirty minutes. The process is completely painless. The fills are shorter in time, but most women find them relaxing enough to take a short nap! There will be soft music playing and I enjoy getting to know my clients if they are not in the mood to rest.

WHO CAN GET PERMANENT JEWELRY?Anyone! Everyone! Best frieinds, siblings, parents, couples, and individuals can all enjoy a beautiful keepsake that will stand the test of time. Children under age 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
-
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?Permanent jewelry will hold up to everyday life...but it is not indestructible. It is FINE jewelry. The chains are thin enough to last, but not thick enough to cause harm to the wearer if it becomes caught on an object. It can be easily removed with scissors in the event that the wearer needs to undergo surgery or any circumstance that requires the jewelry to be removed.
-
WHAT IS PERMANENT JEWELRY?Permanent Jewelry is a clasp less piece of jewelry applied to your wrist, ankle or neck. The demand for permanent jewelry is increasing as thinner, dainty jewelry has become more popular. Styles are made for everyone and are popular among couples and friends!
-
CAN IT BE WORN THROUGH AIRPORT SECURITY?Yes! TSA doesn't ask you to remove fine jewelry while going through security.
-
DOES IT HURT?No!! You will not feel a thing. There is absolutely no risk to the skin as the welding device will only react to metal. Should your skin come in contact with the weld point, the electrode will NOT generate a spark. In addition, I use a piece of leather between your skin and the weld point for extra protection.
-
WHAT MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED?This jewelry can undergo months of wear without needing to be cleansed, but to maintain the integrity of the link, aftercare can be used to remove debris or build up. I provide an aftercare card and kit for your information and use.

HOW DOES IT WORK?This is a process where these fragile metals are welded together in a fraction of a second. It's a simple, painless process. Once the jewelry is custom fit, the quick spark welds a jump ring closed, replacing the need for a clasp. The generated spark is NOT of high temperature and allows for a quick and safe application.
